Delivery and returns

Processing time

Once an order has been placed, please allow between 2/3 days for us to ship your items. Orders are usually dispatched the next working day but may take longer on sales period and peak seasons.

 

Where is my order?

As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation email

 

Deliver dates and charges by countries:

UK - standard delivery (3-5 working days) or next day delivery ( Starting at £4.45)

Europe - 3-10 working days (Starting at £15)

United States, Canada, Australia and rest of the world - 5-10 working days (Starting at £30)

 

Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, most would arrive the following day.

If for some reason you do not receive your order, please contact customer services as soon as possible and we will look into this for you.

 

Return policy

We do not accept returns and refunds due to the delicacy of these dresses. We understand that the sizes may be wrong which is why we will assist you every step of the way.

 

We advice customers to check the size guide before ordering and if still unsure pop us a message and we would love to provide exact measurements.

 

Faulty or incorrect items.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact customer services.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once payment has been made, we are unable to  cancel your order.

We advice customers to only order when 100% sure.
